~ Heart - the heart regarded as the center of a person's thoughts and emotions, especially love or compassion.

~ Of

~ Women - a wife, girlfriend, or lover.

~ Injecting - introduce (a new or different element) into something, especially as a boost or interruption.

~ Fruitful - producing good or helpful results; productive.

~ Inspiration - the quality of being inspired, especially when evident in something.

~ Edification - the instruction or improvement of a person morally or intellectually.

 

* Our theme, our heart, our vision:

L.A.D.I.E.S N.I.G.H.T

~ This means Leading and Developing Inidividual's Edowed Strength by Nurturing, Intelligences, Gifts, Holiness and Talents!

• Leading: showing women how to get to thier destinies
• And: in addition to leading we will do the following:
• Developing: literally cultivating the ability to recognize and flow properly in identified purpose,
• Individual's: each part of the body, yet different in function and administrations
• Endowed: stepping into those strengths that have been lying dormat and inactive
• Strengths: large array of catergorical talent, skills, gifts and anointing mantles

• Nurturing: nursing to maturity back to a healthy state and developing properly that which has been developed improperly
• Intelligences: part is defined as the ways that each person best learns and digest information and administrative that information to others, i.e. interpersonally, intrapersonally, logically, etc
• Gifts: both spiritual and natural that can be used spiritually and naturally
• Holiness: lifestyle of holiness, building character and integrity that does those things that are righteous even when no one is watching
• Talent: natural born skills that were there without ever being taught

 

* Mission: 

We are restoring the image of God in the hearts and lives of His women,by restoring the images of women from the inside out. Return women's images back to who God created them to be, instead of the image given by the world, cares of life, circumstances and tragic situations. Equipping women to be better servants of God, better wives, better mothers and better women, by adressing HOW (the hearts of women).

I. Promise to women of God

A.) We seek nothing more than to assist in building.

B.)We will maintain patience; things won't change over night ( * Ga. 6:1 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted)

C.) May get hard but we are here to support ( * Gal. 6:2- Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own load.)

D.) Leadership and teaching accountability.

E.) Holy living.

F.) Heart and passion towards the people of God. ( * Eph. 4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;)

G.) No discrimination towards an individual regardless of weaknesses, faults or strongholds. (* Mark 2:17. When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”)

II.) To the body of Christ

A.) Raise up a remnant of women that are aware of their authority. ( *1Pet.2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.)
